had insomnia last night till 5am. so i watched eat pray love on the tiny screen on my ipod...
found it absolutely inspiring.
firstly, it was about travelling and leaving everything behind for a year. which i planned to do before i enrolled into psb, long story. so tentatively i'll do it after graduation, travel to europe, work my way down, odd jobs on the side, could be shoveling chicken poop, could be playing in pubs, doesn't matter.
secondly, there was alot of "finding your centre" and meditation involved, which is what nimal has been trying to coax me into doing since forever. which worked, for awhile, till i stopped.
Anyhow, apparently a lot of people found the movie AND book boring. so i guess its really for those who identify with travelling and meditating... if not... don't blame me if it bores the crap outta ya..

Had my first vocal lesson yesterday. it was, nerve wrecking.

i see you behind me, but you no longer look at me the way you used to, too much has been done and said, leaving nothing but a glass wall between us, scratched to a blur.
now i see you in front of me, but it's not the same, i think of the one behind me but its too late. you have a nice face, i like you, you remind me of the one behind, and i feel a dull ache.
i'm stuck in limbo, afraid to say the wrong things, and the right things.
and so i keep quiet, as you both choose to do with me.
